I Just finished My most up to date painting, though I'm CONSTANTLY pumping out doodles, small watercolors and pastel works like My mind pumps out thoughts. They basically come out holding hands. Ha. But this was probably my favorite painting I've done, up to date and I sold it yesterday for 90$, which is fantastic because I am constantly frivolously spending money lately. However this painting was based off of a smaller drawing done in pen and ink and I was really happy with how the large scale turned out.
I find that in limiting my color pallet I have been more successful, Because otherwise I go kind of crazy. And use way too many colors. So if I stick to monochromatic, or if I say I'm just going to use primary colors or even just black and white line work it's a lot more successful.
