Little Ones

I've been working on some small illustrations on Indian Paper. Just silly sketches and maybe ideas for larger works. Not sure where it's going yet. I feel as though a lot of my doodles are inspired by the type of music I'm listening to at the time. I think a lot of my inspiration lately has been coming from fleet foxes and the rebirth of my love of the Shins. Really great music and amazing lyrics to draw to.
I've been really digging this idea of an elephant tea kettle lately. I never realized the two look like each other, an elephant and a tea kettle that is.

FIrst Post, Some pictures of work

Here are some of my most recent paintings, you have to forgive me I've never had a blog before. I'm kind of excited about this ^.^ I call this painting "mama sky" and it's a bunch of my doodles glued on board panel and acrylic paint. I'm working on a whole series of small watercolor illustrations on Indian paper that I'll upload soon. If anyone is interested in buying this, that would be awesome!
